I had been looking, researching and comparing cars for my son's first car and preparing myself for the usual dreaded trip to the dealership. Long story short, I took my son and we went to this dealership just to take a look, but not buy. The price was lower than any of the official "books" (kbb), the dealer fee's were included, they were not pushy, I didn't have to haggle about the price, everyone was relaxed, I didn't have to talk to 3-5 different people and yes, with in no more than 1hr or so we left with a really nice car and a very fair deal. I would go back again and definitely recommend to people they take a look for themselves. More

Customer Service was above and beyond When I called Rausch Motors I asked the person on the phone ( Chuck Scavuzzo ) if they had anything for $2500 and under. I said it was out of my price range and thanked him. Thirty seconds later he calls me back and said they had a car and it would go quick and I would love it. So I went to see the car and fell in love with it. Chuck has a great personality and funny. He was honest and straight forward. I had a great experience at this dealership. Easiest and most relaxed car purchase - ever! I brought my daughter in to look for a reliable VW Tiguan. Chuck Scavucco was fantastic: had the car pulled up to the front before we arrived and greeted us on a first name basis even though we had only talked briefly on the phone. A wide selection of vehicles on the lot ranging from several thousand to much more upscale. The test drive was relaxed and no hassle. We noted a few minor issues with the car that were taken care of at no charge for the sale to proceed. Overall - the car was showroom comparable. Rich in finance, beat my credit union interest rate and my daughter and I were in and out in just over an hour - and extremely satisfied. I was so impressed I had my neighbors go down the following day to look at some cars for their son. I'll be dropping by in the future, first stop, when I need another car. The whole team was stellar and extremely professional - nicely done! More
