When Chuck found me a vehicle to consider, I was actually leaving the office to have a mechanic check a vehicle I was going to purchase. So Chuck had to move fast. He actually met with me near my office in DTC with the vehicle, and I test drove it. Then handed him the keys to my car so he could get back to work. I took his Prius to my mechanic, and then had to then find the dealership so I could buy the car. Drove the Prius home that night to return later to fix the minor issues. Chanc worked around my scheduling issues and fixed the problems as promised. More

Assisted us with a difficult situation This was second time we visited Rausch Motors. The first time we left unsatisfied, but the second time was worth the return visit. Mark Holland assisted us, comprehended that we had to make a decision that day, and was able to translate the type of car we needed from our "nonidentical" needs and wishes. Mark patiently allowed us to test each of the models we had selected, allowing us as much time as we needed. I felt that he provided honest feedback regarding each vehicle and its long term dependability. He could tell we were under a deadline and once we selected the vehicle, he went above and beyond to be sure that the rest of the process was completed as quickly as possible. There was absolutely NO hassle or the dreaded, "Let me talk to my manager" nonsense. We worked just with Mark and the financial person. The manager answered a few questions and congratulated us, but this was absolutely a no-pressure, one-price car purchase. No haggling, no waiting, no stewing. We knew what the purchase would be and what the price would be up front. Knowledgeable car merchants and very low key approach. Its been about 7 weeks and we are delighted with our purchase. More

RIGHTING A WRONG Holy cow! Recently bought a car here, financing approved, then got the awful call several days later that the financing had not been approved under th Holy cow! Recently bought a car here, financing approved, then got the awful call several days later that the financing had not been approved under the original terms. I contacted our sales person, Mark Bruner, as well as Jud, and they made it all good!!! They could've told us to take a hike, based on the disclaimers in the contract, but they did the right thing. I am so impressed, and grateful. They could've made this much more difficult, but they chose to take care of this customer. This is the second car I have purchased here, and I have a renewed faith in humankind!!!!! Thank you Rausch!!! More

He was just about as professional, friendly and no pressure a sale man as you could ever want to meet. He quickly got us into our test drive, and let us examine the car to our hearts content, again no pressure, but always there when we needed him for q's, etc. After deciding to get the car, he and his finance team set us up with an awesome deal that totally worked for us, since we had a very unique situation with the car we already had. (tdi emissions recall vehicle.) The whole process was quick and painless, and we felt like we not only purchased a great car at a great price, but we had also made a friend. So if you are looking for a painless, professional, dealer to purchase your next car from, I highly recommend Mark and Rausch motors. Heck, I just got a call from them today, and they are sending me a brand new key fob for my LEXUS because the one that came with the car was damaged and they just didn't feel right about it, and that decision came down from a GM after Mark brought it up to him!
