They did not give me my employee discount. I got my oil changed. She asked if i wanted my tires rotated. I wasn't sure and the person at the desk was no help with telling me what they were go I got my oil changed. She asked if i wanted my tires rotated. I wasn't sure and the person at the desk was no help with telling me what they were going to do or what they need to do. I was looked at as an inconvenience that didn't know what she she was talking about. So, I just shut my mouth and sat down. I got my oil changed but, not my tires rotated. I was never told that I needed my tires rotated when you go your oil changed. I didn't appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable just trying to get basic maintenance done. HIGHLY disappointed.
