It was my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Cadillac, the check in facility was very clean as well as the waiting area! The staff was very friendly! Everyone at your dealership was great with the exception of your sales manager, Grady. You almost lost my business. It was Fatima, Tori, and one other person I spoke with but cannot recall her name that clo of your sales manager, Grady. You almost lost my business. Your sales manager would not only not discuss pricing with me, but also rejected a deposit to hold the vehicle for me until my financing thru the credit union was finalized (literally one business day). I am a single female and didn’t try, or feel compelled, to throw my credentials on the table to make him realize I was a serious buyer. I had driven from Fayetteville to see the vehicle. I was confused on how he thought I would commit to a purchase before I knew a price. He looked at me as though I had lost my mind when I said ‘how can I know if I will buy until you give me a price?’ He was extremely rude. I x’ed bullies out of my life about 2 years ago. I knew within 5 minutes that he fell into that category. And I will walk away in a second from someone like him and anything he’s associated with. So you can give all the credit to Fatima, Tori and Nick. They saved my sale. More
