Josh Parker was an absolute nightmare to work with. We left due to him being so rude, but came back as my wife was in love with the vehicle. We asked for someone new to work with so they gave us Austin We left due to him being so rude, but came back as my wife was in love with the vehicle. We asked for someone new to work with so they gave us Austin which he was awesome!! Josh passed us numerous times only to smirk and giggle and we overheard “he didn’t care because he’d still get a kick back from the sale” which is absolutely absurd! We called and voiced our optioned as if it weren’t for Austin, we would NOT have purchased the car. No phone call back and we were told Josh would be getting half of the sale! Never again will I give a company my business that let’s their employees all but run off customer’s like that and still make the one that turned the sale around have to split it. Shame on you guys!! More
