Took vehicle to another shop for inspection to verify and they informed of many things requiring fixing including timing belt, which Randy Marion dealer should have done prior to selling considering the miles; as well as the oil pan reseal that was leaking, spool valve oil leak. They don’t honor the warranty. Was literally told timing belt isn’t covered unless it breaks. Even though the warranty is for the inside of the engine. It guess what, if it breaks it is covered because they consider it a maintenance issue and so then they argue the engine isn’t working because I didn’t maintain maintenance on the timing belt. Also, the said the battery was the issue when they had to jump the car for test drive and so they put a new battery in. However, it’s actually the alternator draining the battery. This would be pretty especially to a mechanic. So how they miscategorized the reason for the dead battery is beyond me. I will never purchase from her especially used. Purchased used on Toyota and Honda lots with no issues because they actually maintain their used cars and fix the problems before selling. More

The employees sat around on their phones, feet up on their desks, and the person we were looking for, that we had been in discussions about purchasing for about a week, was in the Chevrolet dealership when we were going to buy a Cadillac. She had even called us 30 minutes before our arrival to make sure we were on our way. We drive 4 hours and upon arriving I was not impressed. I am guessing we were not taken seriously from the start. As a 10 year Cadillac owner this was not the atmosphere or reception I am used to. The 2023 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury that we had discussed was not cleaned at all and had rips in the rear leather and scratches on the front bumper when they finally found it. We had asked her to inspect the car before we drove the distance. We were assured it was in good condition, no scratches no rips, just needed to be cleaned. We had to walk all over the lot to find it, it was not in the condition we were told. Asked if there was a golf cart because my husband has had several back surgeries and was told yes, but they never use it. Asked to drive a 2024 XT6 Sport and I loved it! Only to be told it was in the lender program and I couldn’t buy it but they had another but it hadn’t been processed. Discussed it being the same exact car (it isn’t. Does not have the same top grade leather seats). Started the purchase process and no one could find the keys to the vehicle! Had to wait over 2 hours to find the keys to the car! So I never even had a chance to test drive it or even sit in it. Finally, they were located with the tinting company, so of course I didn’t get the same tinting option that I would have normally. All these issues were just amusing to the employees. I thought it was very unprofessional. During the haggle over the final pricing the sales manager kept changing the price. We left aggravated with the whole unorganized situation. Got a call to come back that they agreed on the price we wanted only to find out when we got back that the way they got there was using my husband’s GM rewards. Not giving me the “deal” they said to get us back. The sales manager was very abrasive, and arrogant. We were never invited into his office, my husband had to go into his office just to talk to him. Was offered water and snacks that were over at the Cadillac showroom… could not believe again that I was buying a brand new Cadillac in the middle of the Chevrolet dealership. The customers waiting for service were more comfortable being seated in the Cadillac dealership lounge. Was told the car was having its $300 detail done which, having had my previous Cadillac detailed for years, I know that was a lie. I’m sure it was just run through the in-house car wash and dried off. I’m still trying to get the wedged paper out of the window seals, so not much of a detail at all. Upside to this deal was the business manager, Harry. He was the most honest person there and treated us with the degree of respect we deserved. Even coming out bragging about my husband’s 900 credit score. Worst buying experience we have ever had. More

Their customer service was top-notch as they reached out to me to let me know if I would be serviced. I appreciated the service elements that were provided to get me to and from my home and the repair shop on the shuttle service. It was tremendously excellent service. I want to express my gratitude to Randy Mary and the repair service for their dedication to their customers. More
