I was sold a 2018 Nissan Maxima, which appeared to be in great shape and well-detailed. However, upon arrival, the car smelled and continues to smell like cigarettes. It also had two brands of tires on it. great shape and well-detailed. However, upon arrival, the car smelled and continues to smell like cigarettes. It also had two brands of tires on it. The front tires were nearly bald, the back driver’s side had a bolt in it, and the car seriously needed an alignment. I truly expected more from this dealership and thought about trading in a second vehicle but my experience sucked and I’m reminded every time I get in my car. UGH!!!! I hate the scent of cigarettes! My car needed a part that GM discontinued Thus putting my service technician in a very difficult position. A new part could not be located and I had to settle/accept a used part (Between part and labo my service technician in a very difficult position. A new part could not be located and I had to settle/accept a used part (Between part and labor $1000 ish). I’m about fed up with GM and this stupid little stunt of discontinuing random parts. Justin about ready to call it quits with GM products Btw my vehicle was a the dealer for THREE weeks during this process!!! Who can be without their vehicle three weeks????? Not technicians fault he doesn’t have enough backing The GM parts web site showed new parts available and order was placed and cancelled by GM because info on part availability was totally wrong and not available That was bad and a total screw up. This sounds like the GM from the late 70’s Not good My son is encouraging me to take a jump to Lexus More
