I will start by saying that the woman that helped me and my wife initially was very friendly and did not give us any pressure. We just recently bought a 2018 GMC Acadia about 4 weeks ago from this dealersh my wife initially was very friendly and did not give us any pressure. We just recently bought a 2018 GMC Acadia about 4 weeks ago from this dealership. I went and told them I didn’t have time to play around. I wanted $8,000 for my car and I wanted my car payment under $250 a month and I had $3000 I could put down on the car. The Car price was $21,900. We had everything signed and a deal was made with me only paying $240 a month which I thought was great. We were there well past closing time so I was trying to get out of there so that everyone could go home so I signed the paperwork completely. When I finally got the paperwork from Truliant, it said that I owed $13,900. We were supposed to get $8000 for the car we brought in. I paid $3000 cash which totals 11,000. That leaves 10,900 left in payments not $13,900. Which means they either upped the price on the car to get more money in their pockets, or didn’t give me the trade in value for my car that I asked for. That’s a $3,000 difference and if it wasn’t for this I would give them a 5 star rating. I don’t give 5 star ratings to businesses that don’t stick to their word. Until they make this right, I would strongly advise not trusting their word or handshake when you make a deal with them. More
I bought a car on 29 July drove the car from one dealer to the next and the car got fixed on August 11. Needless to say I unwind the deal because the promise of the called me in 100% was not met by your de to the next and the car got fixed on August 11.
