I personally worked with the salesman name Dean and Curtis in finance. They were great! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because their dealership fees are just too high. But other than that, I would highly recommend! More

Thank you to Karen, who made my appointment and assured I was taken care of promptly when I arrived. Her customer service has been the best I've experienced since owning a Cadillac. I have visited this dealer 3 times and each time was disappointing. I switched to a dealer 35 minutes vs. Randy at 10 minutes away for 2 services and the competitive dealer did a great job. In the last case, I scheduled an appointment for Friday, I showed up and they said they didn't have a tech to look at it that day or Saturday. I rescheduled to the following Wednesday. I dropped off the car on Wednesday with a promise to have it likely returned by end of the week. Randy service didn't look at the car until the following Tuesday (almost a week later). The good news is they properly fixed my escalade this time as past times had issues. I owned Mercedes and Audi's in the past and my experience with there service was amazing. The service at this Cadillac location is so poor, it makes me want to buy a different brand next time. More
