ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME WONDERFULLY! Thia time they Saved me BigTime! Came in late afternoon with an odd Brake Noise, was leaving for a trip early next morning. I was thrilled that my car was repaired so quickly after needing a coolant hose replacement. And that it was covered under warranty. Zach the tech was very good at explaining what went wrong and how it was needing a coolant hose replacement. And that it was covered under warranty. Zach the tech was very good at explaining what went wrong and how it was fixed. Tom excelled in communicating the progress of my repair. And, I very much appreciated the ride from Kimmy to pick up my car. However, It didn’t make sense to me that a coolant hose would cause the onboard computer to shut down the functionality of my Forester. I had to putter slowly across 6 lanes of traffic to get safely off the road because the engine power, power steering, power brakes, eyesight technology, etc. all suddenly stopped working. More
