Tom was very knowledgeable and thorough. He noticed immediately the crack cover of the right side mirror which worrying about on the way to the dealer. I had collided with a private He noticed immediately the crack cover of the right side mirror which worrying about on the way to the dealer. I had collided with a private rod and it had shattered the mirror cover. I think it stuck outover the edge of the road. In any case Tom immediately noticed it tried see if the direction controls worked. He then let me know that the cost would be for the cover only since everything else was working. Attending immediately to my concerns and anxiety fits my definition of a caring and successful service. Thanks. More
