Vincent was great to deal with, he took extra time to explain all the functionality of our new Forester, if anything, maybe he was too helpful, just kidding, My wife was dealing with a concussion from th explain all the functionality of our new Forester, if anything, maybe he was too helpful, just kidding, My wife was dealing with a concussion from the car wreck that we were in and Vincent handled it perfectly even though my wife had a hard time concentrating, he would have to explain the same thing more than twice but he never complained, I would definitely use him again. Keeley, in the finance dept however started off OK but when I turned down the warranty it was like someone flipped a switch, he acted like we were just in his way and he couldn't wait until we were done. If I had to pick a single reason why I would not come back it would be him, If he can't handle rejection then maybe he should look for another line of work. More

I took my daughter Subaru in to get a headlamp replaced and oil change. The staff was very friendly and prompt. While the vehicle was there, they diagnosed an additional problem that they were able to repa and oil change. The staff was very friendly and prompt.
