Quick fix to the issue. Gave me a loaner car, which made my day much less stressful. The person who helped me at the start of the day forgot to note that I requested an oil Gave me a loaner car, which made my day much less stressful. The person who helped me at the start of the day forgot to note that I requested an oil change, but Tom was able to organize that to be completed in 45 mins when I went to pick up my car. My air conditioning is now working great! More
