I have appreciated the overall, prompt, friendly, and seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to b seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to be given information I already had before going into the dealership, was too high. Also, I compared the parts estimate given to me to other Subaru dealerships’ MSRP for same part. Randy Marion’s part quote is at least $600 higher than others. I am disappointed. More

Love Mark Wilburn. Have been happy with service. Not at all happy with 3% credit card fee. You are not a mom and pop shop. This is the cost of doing business. Could be Have been happy with service.
