Kathryn, I just want to say thank you, again, for the absolute best service today. I was a bit nervous when the low tire pressure notification came on my screen, especially since I was traveling in an un absolute best service today. I was a bit nervous when the low tire pressure notification came on my screen, especially since I was traveling in an unfamiliar area. It was raining; the service department was super busy. You came outside & identified the problem, checking all 4 tires. One tire had a nail, another was low. You took my key, showed me to the C/S waiting area, and coordinated the fix with the someone in service. I can’t praise you and team enough. I was back on the road, the beginning of a vacation trip going North to Syracuse & Boston to spend time with family and friends, within about 30 minutes. You are better than #1 in Customer Service.
