However, buying a car has never been a pleasurable one for me until I purchased my recent Subaru. The experience was not only friendly and caring, but educational as well. The staff was more than solicitous, they were sincere. My sales specialist, Todd Burgis, was patient in explaining all the tech and features of the car. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and conveyed a real desire to see that I was comfortable and happy with my car. Follow up calls to me was to ensure that I was not only satisfied, but to offer up additional help or further explanation if I needed it. If all my car buying experiences were like this one, maybe I wouldn't have waited 10 years to purchase another. No buyers remorse from this happy customer! And, I feel confident in the follow up maintenance to service my car at Randy Marion of Mooresville with a staff that is not only knowledgable but caring as well. Todd was not pushy at all and allowed the car to sell itself rather than pressuring us into anything. It was a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere and did not feel like any of the uptight or pushy dealerships I have unfortunately been in before. They let my wife and I test drive the car and go home to talk it over without trying to get us to buy anything before being ready. When it came to buy the car, they did not try to force any extra add ons that I did not want and we were in and out very quickly. Todd gave a follow up call several days later, just to see how we were liking it, which was a really nice touch. If I'm in the Charlotte area when it comes to buying our next Subaru (this was #3), I will definitely go back to Randy Marion. More

Jeff Matchem and I talked about 10 days before we came to the lot. When my wife and I arrived at the Subaru store, I asked for Jeff and they sent him out to meet us. He told us to look around and let him know when we found something we wanted to try. We drove a Legacy which seemed under powered to my wife. We continued looking and Jeff showed us the 2014 Cross Trek XV and when we drove it we feel in love with it. The vehicle has adequate power and precision handling. It has the feel of a much larger auto. We knew we wanted a Subaru because of the four wheel AWD system. We has only owned AWD vehicles for the last 15 years. We have a new Dodge Durango AWD for traveling on long trips and trust it to go when we are ready to go. We have a 2003 AWD Pontiac Vibe which we love and have never not been able to travel in ice and snow. So Subaru is an obvious choose of car for us. Jeff Matchem is a custom service/salesman all rolled into one heck of a professional. Jeff and Chris Hunter were a great team to work with. This was my best experience ever in buying a car, Chris did an outstanding job with our financing. I would be more than honored to send anyone looking to buy a car to the Randy Marion Stores in Mooresville or Statesville. More
Recently bought a new Impreza Sport from Todd B. The experience couldn't have been better. Todd answered all my questions and showed me several different cars until we found the right one for me.
