Excellent New Car Sales Support When looking to buy a new Subaru, we chose Randy Marion Mooresville as we own a 2005 Outback and had excellent service and recall support on that car. When looking to buy a new Subaru, we chose Randy Marion Mooresville as we own a 2005 Outback and had excellent service and recall support on that car. In the new location, we met Frank Tilghman (sales) and Keeley Murphy (financial). We had decided on a specific 2020 Legacy Model with specific packages, accessories and color. Frank worked some magic and located the exact car minus a couple options that he could install locally, saving a ten week build cycle. Keeley pulled together all of the paperwork including a trade-in and final purchase price. Frank has been the greatest in continued support as we have no experience with "Star Link", "Eyesight" and other unique features of the new 2020 Legacy. We are very pleased with the new Legacy and this Randy Marion Dealership and look forward to a continuing relationship. FIVE STARS TO ALL ! More

I had to put a larger down payment down to get the payments where I wanted them, but the car will last for years! The salesman was nice and not pushy, the financial guys were working hard to find the best interest rate for me. Overall, it was a simple transaction and I am pleased with the car. Little Picky Downsides: 1) after purchase, and upon driving off the lot, the low tire lights came on right when we were merging onto the interstate. once we returned to Charlotte and checked the pressure, three tires were 10lbs low on air! The service guys obviously did not check all of the tires before releasing it to me. I believe my new used car was previously a lease even though no-one indicated so; regardless, since I bought it at night in the rain, I was unable to check for scratches, dings, or other marks. The next morning upon closer inspection, I see where they tried to touch up three deep smaller holes on the hood with paint but did a poor job of it, also found 3-5 scratches on the driver and passenger doors that were not touched up with paint, and a noticeable gouge in the leather in the dash on the passenger side. While rationally I know a used car will not be perfect, I was told there were no dings or scratches and that those things had been repaired before being sold as a CPO if any where there. This obviously was not the case and just lowered my feelings of trust in this service dept. More

They were willing to spend as much time as necessary to address all questions and explain all the features of the vehicles. And finally the actual buying experience was “painless.” No pressure tactics before or after the sale. By after the sale, I mean the endless attempts to sell you related services or extended warranties. It’s not that these were not explained or offered, but it was professional and no threats or shoving it down your throat. I had a trailer hitch added, which was in stock and installed the same day, then at actual delivery, our sales person went over all of the functionality and set up a custom user profile for my wife and myself. And the car was spotless and full of gas. All of this may not sound exceptional, but in my experience most of it is quite exceptional. More
