I have an easy time gaining an appointment and getting the service I need. The raiting room is excellent for a wait of an hour or so, and the valet service is convenient for longer jobs. The work has been entirely satisfactory so far, so I have not had any reason to ask for corrective work. I am certain that I could find someone to do the work for less, but the one time I could have done the work for less, I found that Rancho Grande employed the same person on a part time basis (so the price was similar). We came in contact with two of your employees, Moe (?) and John Sandercock. Moe actually sold us the car. He was informative and did not put pressure on us to purchase. There were many new "bells and whistles" added since our last vehicle that we were not familiar with. John took the time to explain each of them to us (we purchased a 2011 Chevrolet HHR). John was most helpful, patient and friendly; a pleasure to work with. You should know that both these gentlemen were excellent representatives of your business. I HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TOM WALTON AT RANCHO GRANDE MOTORS IN SAN LUIS OBISPO. HE IS ALWAYS THERE ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENTS, GREETS ME WITH HIS FRIENDLY MANNER AND WELCOMING SMILE. HE GETS M GRANDE MOTORS IN SAN LUIS OBISPO. HE IS ALWAYS THERE ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENTS, GREETS ME WITH HIS FRIENDLY MANNER AND WELCOMING SMILE. This particular time i was concerned about the amount of oil my car was using. Tom lsitened, and said it was normal for my car, it's age, and milage and they didn't try to do extra unnecessary work. in ad oil my car was using.
