This particular time i was concerned about the amount of oil my car was using. Tom lsitened, and said it was normal for my car, it's age, and milage and they didn't try to do extra unnecessary work. in ad oil my car was using. Tom Walton always greets his customers with a smile. He is very well organized, pays attention to detail, and is consistently pleasant and patient when he explains the work needed. He has great communication with the mechanics and takes the initiative to insure that everything has been completed when I picked up my car. I have never had to call to check the status of my car repair. Tom automatically keeps me informed. The phone operators are well trained and knowledgeable. The parts department employees were very helpful and attentive. The accounts receivable employees are always friendly and efficient. The drivers are great too.
