This was our 4th car purchase from Rancho Grande Motors, and once again they did not disappoint. We have worked with Tom on all purchases and the thing we enjoy most about Tom is that he has never pushed u and once again they did not disappoint. He allows us to find the vehicle we think is right for us, and not the one that might be best for him for us to purchase. He has always provided us with the utmost of customer service and professionalism and his experience is evident with his ability to provide options to ultimately get into the car we want. Thanks again Tom!!!......Now what can I say about Mo. The finance side of any car purchase is normally perceived as a grueling process and most people probably leave wondering whether they got a good deal. Mo has always simplified the process by explaining our options instead of trying to "sell" us, and letting us decide which option fits our budget. Mo's personality and easy demeanor really makes you feel comfortable, that he is working for you, in trying to get you the best deal he possibly can, with no hidden agenda. Mo, you the man!!!!........We enjoy working with Rancho Grande Motors, and most of all, we TRUST them. You can't put a price tag on that!!!!!!! More

The repair was never completely resolved after several attempts. I was referred to Rancho Grande Motors for assistance. I was immediately impressed with the service department. Tom Walton always greets his customers with a smile. He is very well organized, pays attention to detail, and is consistently pleasant and patient when he explains the work needed. He has great communication with the mechanics and takes the initiative to insure that everything has been completed when I picked up my car. I have never had to call to check the status of my car repair. Tom automatically keeps me informed. The phone operators are well trained and knowledgeable. The parts department employees were very helpful and attentive. The accounts receivable employees are always friendly and efficient. The drivers are great too. Service is great, just the prices are way too high. I really never did any price comps because of the great service. In my opinion Tom Watson is the heart and soul of Rancho Grande Motors and their Cadillac division. Tom has always treated me with the up-most respect and professionalism. He has shown sincere concern with Grande Motors and their Cadillac division. Tom has always treated me with the up-most respect and professionalism. He has shown sincere concern with the issues and problems I've had with my 2004 CTS. Tom is the main reason I refer my real estate client new to the area to Rancho Grande Motors. The two points of concern or improvements I would like to see at Rancho Grande Motors. One is Price, the economy has changed and people are always looking for a better deal and in today’s economy it appears to me that the companies offering more for less than their competitors are the ones thriving. Price is always going to be a concern for me and my quest for best bang with my dollar. The second item is that Rancho Grande Motors use to wash you car or at least give you a free car wash certificate. This was very beneficial when my cars was at the shop overnight and not cover by the rain. No one wants to get their car back from paying $$$ to get it repaired and it returned to them filthy from being left in the rain or weather elements. If you going to ask to get paid top dollar you better return a top dollar experience. Besides the above items mentioned, Rancho is a top-notch auto dealership and service provider under the helm of people like Tom Watson. More
