Tom on the service team worked well with me on a service call. Mechanic was knowledgeable and careful. Chris has been awesome to work with over the past 3 years. I have really been able to get to know Chris’s excellent customer service and customer care over the life of my 2007 Subura Outback. I have had MORE than my fair share of issues with my car (head gasket, both CV boots, some chip issue, break issue...to many issues to name, pull my account to be shocked) and Chris has always explained in great detail what the issues are and how they can be fixed. I actual enjoy going and seeing Chris. If it was not for Chris I would find an authorized service place besides RGM to service my car. Chris is a ture asset to your companies business. I was out of town with a dead battery. Cory Vegas, service advisor, took great care of me. Put in a new battery, changed the oil and called me when it was ready. A week later I noticed an electrical service advisor, took great care of me. Put in a new battery, changed the oil and called me when it was ready. A week later I noticed an electrical problem in my A/C switch.....I brought it back and Cory pushed a few buttons and reset my switches...I was on my way in a few minutes after he explained that the battery change reset my switches to factory defaults. Friendly,courteous,and efficient. Thank You Mr Vegas 5 stars. More
