I purchased my WRX new from RGM in 2003 and have had most of my service performed at RGM also. Chris in service is always helpful and knowledgable, and the service tech's do an excellent job. I was looking for a vehicle with great gas mileage to replace my 20 year old Eagle Summit. I had been to several dealers (including Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, etc.) and driving various cars and dealing wi replace my 20 year old Eagle Summit. To my delight, when I visited Rancho Grande Motors, I was met with a very friendly, helpful individual that was not pushy. I felt very comfortable with Josh Brown's assistance in finding out more about my car. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed, without being that "pushy" salesman. I purchased my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid after driving it a few times over three days. I loved the service I received by Bear and the financial "closer". I've experienced nothing but excellent care and follow-up by all the staff at Rancho Grande. The only thing I don't like about my car and the dealership is my "snooty" attitude while driving my car. Not only does it get great gas mileage, it is so beautiful that I get many "thumbs up" complements by others, asking me about my opinion of the car...is it as great as it looks? My answer every time is "YES". It is beautiful, the most comfortable car I've ever sat in (my passengers are just as delighted with the comfort), and gas mileage is terrific. More
When I called on your add, Clint answered and was able to tell me all about the car that I was interesed it seeing. Everyone was really great. The sale I got in on was really good. And the salesperson Josh was exceptional. I think that was the first time I didn't feel like the salesperson was a snake oil salesman. The dealership had the exact vehicle with the exact trim we were looking for! I spoke with sales representative Josh Brown by phone to inquire about the Subaru and to set up a test drive. That test drive turned into our purchasing the vehicle. I was introduced to all of the features the vehicle, cutting down on the learning curve time greatly. One of the business owners even stopped by to say hello--that doesn't happen anywhere else. After purchasing the Subaru, we were shown all of the staff in maintenance, really giving us an idea of who would be taking care of us for the foreseeable future. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, bar none. More
I looked all over for a reliable vehicle that was reasonably priced. When I came to Rancho Grande Motors and was helped by Tom I felt as though I was not being hassled but still could get the inform reasonably priced. Tom gave me my space to browse but was very attentive, polite, friendly, and knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot. If there was any detail that he was not sure about he wouldn't make up facts, he would simply admit that he was not sure and then simply excuse himself to go and find the information at whatever sources are available to him. My wife and I just finished 2 months of car shopping. Because my car was needed by the service tech for more than one day, Mr. Vegas arranged for a rental car at no cost to me. 5. Every concern I had was resolved. No more noises or vibration. 6. Once Mr. Vegas knew that I was planning on taking a trip, he suggested I drop by the shop to have the fluids check prior to leaving on the trip. More
