I finally narrowed down my wish list and then only got a few responses. Alex came up with my car and the right price. I also received the 0.9% financing which really made me happy. Shane in finance was helpful too. We had a 1996 legacy outback that we recently donated. It had 246,000 miles on it and got us through many snowstorms. I work in a hospital and have convinced several coworkers to buy a subaru because of their dependability. I would definitely recommend your dealership and Alex. It was an easy experience. Going to a large upscale dealership such as Suburu of Ramsey I was quite nervous. Generally when anyone goes to a car dealership you are usually coherced into buying a car you may not have wanted or lock Ramsey I was quite nervous. Generally when anyone goes to a car dealership you are usually coherced into buying a car you may not have wanted or locked into a lease agreement that will certainly end in repossession. However, my case at Suburu of Ramsey was far from the nightmare woes that you often hear of. For starters, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me what I was looking for. Once my friend and I gave the name of a referral we were ushered to meet Assistant Sales Manager Alex Petrushin. From the moment we sat down the level of professionalism and can do spirit exhibited by Alex was like none I had ever experienced before. He asked me how much I was looking to spend in conjunction with preferred monthly payments. After careful cross examination we came across three economic options, one of which I fell in love with. From there he called in his finance liasion who began contacting banks on my behalf. After 30 of so minutes he told me that I was approved, and that he even took of an additional $1000 off the sticker price. Alex and his team never stopped working for me and for that I was extremely greatful. I am now the proud owner of a 2007 Madza 6 and could not be happier. If you are in the market for a new or used car and haven't stopped by Suburu of Ramsey than honestly you do not want the best value for your money. She spent a lot of time with us when we took delivery of the vehicle to show us all the vehicles features and how everything worked. She was relaxed, on the ball, sweet and polite. She also knew her products inside and out, and once we settled on a Legacy, she took care of every detail with ease.
