I was looking for an almost new Subaru Outback (less than I was looking for an almost new Subaru Outback (less than 10k miles) and Ramsey had the right car at the right price. This dealership is great they have allot of different brand of cars if you arent interested in a subuaru. Gerald told us the price and told us to freely look around at other dealerships and come back. Gerald gave us a great deal and I couldnt be happier with my new car. When my partner and I began our search for a new car, it was after 14 years and 287,000 miles of owning a Toyota truck. We naturally assumed we would buy a Toyota. After test driving several at three different dealerships, however, we were not satisfied - something was missing. The moment we entered Ramsey Subaru, we were pleasantly surprised by how relaxed and yet professional the dealership was. From the receptionist's genuinely warm smile to the manner in which Cory (our salesman) spoke with us, we were impressed by the calm and comfortable atmosphere. That feeling never changed and our respect grew. My partner and I are very careful with our funds because we have to be. We keep our cars a long time. Neither of us has ever owned a Subaru before but we knew from preliminary research that the Forester made most sense. We were serious and informed, but buying cars was not casual for us. Cory played no games and made the whole experience a very decent one. He asked us what we were looking to spend and he treated us in a manner that was respectful and showed he both listened and understood. He suggested we look at a 2011 model (we'd been looking at 2008, 2009 & 2010 Toyotas) because it had just recently come onto the lot, had very low-mileage and was being featured that week with a $2k discount. We took the test drive and that was all we needed. The car was in beautiful condition and the price was LESS expensive than all the Rav4 models (including a 2008) we had looked at previously. The finances were up front and uncomplicated. The agent who helped us, Shane, was as respectful and down-to-earth as Cory. We could not be happier with our car or with the decision to trust Ramsey Subaru. More

I had a horrible experience here, the salesperson I had was totally lack of knowledge of what she was selling. Ordered my car and waited 2 months, never call me and update my order status. Ended up she ord was totally lack of knowledge of what she was selling. Ordered my car and waited 2 months, never call me and update my order status. Ended up she ordered the wrong color for me. They didn't do much to make it up for me. took my deposit back and never come back again. So buyers beware, they might sound cheaper, but they aren't . And the coupons on their website never work. So take your money and go else where. FYI, don't believe those prefect review with the Sale person's name keep on popping up. More
Once of the worse dealership I have every come across. They use false online ad to get you in the store, then they try to trick you to buy from them. I had a encounter with sale rep. Clayton. I called to confirm if the SUV I was trying to purchase was still there, spoke with Clayton who confirmed that SUV was still there. I told him I was coming from out of state to look at the SUV. When I got there he informed me that the car was sold but he do have a bunch of CRV in stock. I said no thank you and proceed to leave, but he was persistent in his effort to sell me something else. We sat down and I told him this is a trick and a lie to get customer in your store and he got really upset and said. "Your are retarded" and I just loss it, try to get the manager to address the situation he was just as rude and demanded that leave his store. What a unprofessional set of people. More

I would highly recommend the facility, and in particular Chris Wallin, to anyone who is looking for a down-to-earth sales associate. More
