When we picked up the vehicle a couple of days later all options that we spoke about had been installed and the car was prepped and ready to go. No bait and switch here. He was able to find a premium package in the color I wanted that was in stock, gave us a fair price, and took my trade-in vehicle. Once all the paperwork was completed and the keys handed over, he took us into the car and explained all of the features. After looking at what each of the Subaru models I ended up purchasing the Crosstrek, and I am very happy I did. I think this was the best car for me. I went from looking at different new cars to driving off the lot in about 2 hours. The purchase process was simple and quick without the feeling of being rushed.
