Krystal was courteous, and the car was ready before the estimated time for pick up. We dropped off the car in the designated area, but the door marked service was locked. Went into the dealership to inquire and they told us to sit in the service waiting area, after a few minutes- I went out and asked the receptionist about checking with service which she didn't know, another person then said to go to the other door (unmarked) on the other side of blog to get to the service dept. A simple sign or directions when dropping off would have helped. More
