Victor Jacobson was awesome to work with. I hate buying cars from dealers but Victor made it a great experience twice. A year ago we bought by wife a new CX-5 and this time we bought a CPO Mazda 3. Victor knew the details of all the cars he showed us, didn't try to push us into a car we weren't interested, and most importantly, Victor did pressure us. He was there to answer any questions we had - even if it was Sunday or after-hours. I trust him - a car salesman - who would have thought that was possible? The second car was for my son and Victor made his first car buying experience one he will remember. Not only will my son remember his first car forever, but we will remember VIctor and how he treated us throughout the process. Donovan was great too. He explained all of the paperwork, walked us through some warranty options, and broke it all down so it made sense. Wasn't a pressure situation - just made us aware of what we could get.
