I was lucky enough when I went to Ramsey Mazda to have Peggy Witkowski as my salesperson. I've bought more than a few cars and this was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had. She was also very accommodating as I called her the day I was to pick up my car and asked if I could switch to another color. It wasn't a problem and she did what was necessary to make that switch happen. Overall I had a great experience and would not hesitate to go back. More

Peggy Witkowski was my sales person and she was terrific. 30 minutes after sitting down I had a done deal for a new car. Peggy made it very easy and enjoyable. Ramseey didn't have the color I wanted but it was no problem to find the color I wanted and get it for me. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. The finance guy was great( sorry forgot his name) even found an extra rebate for me and I was out the door in an hour. The easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car. She was kind enough to show me the cars, crunched the numbers, and was very informative to each question I asked her. Unlike the other Sales Consultants I've been speaking with, her intrapersonal skills are far better. I didn't feel any pressure, didn't feel uncomfortable, and didn't feel intimidated. Peggy Witkowski and the rest of the Mazda staff at Ramsey are all very reliable, very informative, and more than enough easy to talk with in person.
