She was super friendly from the beginning as if I was talking to a friend I've known for years. I only came in to inquire about pricing and car performance with no intention of purchasing anything. She was kind enough to show me the cars, crunched the numbers, and was very informative to each question I asked her. Unlike the other Sales Consultants I've been speaking with, her intrapersonal skills are far better. I didn't feel any pressure, didn't feel uncomfortable, and didn't feel intimidated. Peggy Witkowski and the rest of the Mazda staff at Ramsey are all very reliable, very informative, and more than enough easy to talk with in person. Seven (I hope I am spelling your name correctly, if not I apologize), Jim, and the rest of the staff were all easy going and very professional. I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda not just because I believe you will not only get your money's worth, but also your time will not be wasted. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. I had just purchased a Mazda 3 from my sister, who had bought the car about 5 years before from Ramsey Mazda, when the car went on fire due to a down power line. My sister had such a great experience at Ramsey Mazda during the purchase of her car and then through the service trips that I decided to take a look. When I got there, Peggy was extremely nice, very upfront, and didn't pressure me at all. She went out of her way to accommodate me and helped me get the best deal! I was dreading the experience of buying a new car and left feeling much better about my brand new car! More

I went to this dealership because my father wanted me to get my new car there because he had gone to Ramsey mazda with my little sister to get her a car and he said he got a fair price and had a good experi get my new car there because he had gone to Ramsey mazda with my little sister to get her a car and he said he got a fair price and had a good experience. I had the worst expereince of my life there. Not only was the store dirty, every sales person in that store looked at you like a piece of meat. I waited for 2 hours in the show room to talk to Bill about the car I wanted. I wouldn't have minded the wait if he had actually tried to spend time with me when he was free. When he finally had time to talk to me about the car I wanted, he seemed uninterested in what I wanted and didn't explain any of the additional packages or options for the Mazda 3 5-door. When he did take time to sit down with me, he kept getting up to go talk to other people looking at cars in the show room or going outside and smoking cigarettes. Everytime I had to fill out another form it meant I would be sitting alone at a desk for another 30 minutes. All I knew was I wanted White with black interior and a moon roof. He tried to talk me out of the car I wanted because they didn't have that color in stock, when I refused to be manipulated and settle for a car I did not want he refused to offer me a discount for anything (I am a recent college graduate and a first time buyer) but he did try to SELL me yankee tickets. He made a huge deal about how difficult it was to find the car I wanted and it took a week for him to locate it--the wait was not the problem for me. When the car finally came in I had an appointment to pick it up at 7pm. When I walked into the dealership to finish my paperwork I had to wait another 2 hours to sign the financing papers. The car was there and ready to go accept Bill noticed that there were all weather mats in the vehicle; while I was still sitting in the car he opened all the doors and took all of them out telling another guy that worked there about "HOW SCREWED HE GOT ON THIS CAR." It was UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. The finance guy ( I do not remember his name ) was very nice and was the only person to appoligize to me about the wait. I gave them a $2500 cash down payment and finally got to leave. About a week later I recieved a phone call at work from the dealership telling me there was a problem with my paperwork and I had to come back to the dealership to resign the papers. I work and live approximately 40 miles 1-way from the dealership (I went there because of my father) and asked them if they could fax me what needed to be resigned and they refused. I drove there after work to find out that THEY had written the wrong amount on my MSRP by $200 and the bank would not pay them because of their mistake. They would not compinsate me for the miles I had put on my vehicle to drive there out of my way. When I walked into the dealership I was treated with disrespect. It has been 2 months since this has happened and they STILL call me to take surveys after I told them I will not be returning to that specific dealership and please not to contact me. Bottom line, the Mazda 3 is a wonderful car and I would recommend getting one. However, I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. This was the largest group of unprofessionals I've ever had to come into contact with. More
