The service department simply did not respond to us on this - did not have time to speak with us - and we are now working with another Mazda dealership to resolve the problem. Still not resolved. Several emails to Ramsey Mazda reps seeking call backs to discuss this matter were not returned. I am baffled. I can not recommend them. More

While I really liked the Mazda CX-5, I had about given up on Mazda Dealer's. After dealing with Willy Elkammary and Donovan Lau, my opinion has been turned around. Willy is very pleasant and easy going, the opposite of high pressure. Donovan was quick, polite, and professional. The pricing was very fair and better than I expected. In short I would recommend Ramsey Mazda without reservation. More
