They were treating me as if they had never heard the words "customer service". While I was waiting at the salesman's desk, (he got up and left me sitting there several times) I checked my phone for another dealer and found Ramsey Mazda. I gave them a call (still sitting at the salesman's desk) and was connected to Rockstone (Rocky) Dunn. He assured me that if I went over to Ramsey Mazda it would be worth the trip. When my salesman finally returned I shook his hand and said "goodbye". Of course he tried to make me stay to no avail. I drove about 40 minutes to Ramsey Mazda and met up with Rocky. I not only buy cars for myself, I also buy cars for my wife, my mother and my sister. Needless to say I have purchased over 15 new cars in my lifetime and know a good dealership and salesman when I see them. Rocky is the best. I walked out with a new car in just a couple of hours and have since bought a total of 3 cars from Rocky. My latest just last week. I spoke to Rocky and Donovan and told them that I would be back for a forth car from them. I would recommend this dearler to anyone who wants to have a great and honest new car buying experience... Ramsey Mazda Rocks I went to Ramsey Mazda this past Saturday at the advice of my friend who had recently leased a car from them. I test drove the Mazda 3, fell in love with it and was able to take it off the lot that very afternoon. We decided on that car because at the time, we were new parents and needed the room for car seats, strollers etc. As our childrens needs changed, we leased the Mazda 9 and then the Mazda 7 because they went along with the changing demands of our growing children... sporting equipment, friends etc. Soon after, my husband needed a small car to get back and forth to work so we leased the Mazda 3, which is a fun little car. Now that our children have grown older and we are no longer in need of a "mommy van" we just drove home with our brand new sporty Mazda 6 which I am loving!!! Its great to feel like a young driver again! As you can see, we are very pleased with not only the Mazda vehicles but the friendly service and customer support that we have received.
