We have been purchasing Jeeps from this dealership for over a decade. Each time, we were treated fairly, and this time was no exception. Our sales consultant was HENRY KNOWLES. He has a great personality, he was transparent, and was absolutely fantastic through the entire transaction. Excellent dealership! Thank you, Henry! More

Terrible experience with regard to their service dept. Not once did they offer me a loaner vehicle and for two recall notices they kept my truck for 6 days. Talk about major inconvenience. Three times is enough - HORRIBLE SERVICE I had a Service Tire Pressure Service Light and I mage an appointment on line and I was explained by Jim Ryerson this was a special service and needed I had a Service Tire Pressure Service Light and I mage an appointment on line and I was explained by Jim Ryerson this was a special service and needed to be scheduled directly with the dealer. Even though he did look at my problem and tried to reset the issue. Unfortunately a few days later the light went on and I scheduled a formal visit. I went to Jim but he moved me to Jason Lanzillotti. I arrived and I was immediately advised to do a wheel alignment which I did. After three hours, he came and said I would need more time. I then scheduled another appointment today 12/23 at 730 am. During the time , Jason said is there a number I can call you, I said I am waiting. He said I advised you not to wait the last time, I said you did not. I asked is it the service or is it the people capable of diagnosing the problem, I thought you had identified it a bit the last three hours I was here. His attitude was horrible and it was like I was to blame. I said I would like to take my car back. I started to walk away. He said to one of the guys there :can you get Mr Nearys car, he refuses to wait - loud and in a tone. I said you should of told me this - after three appointments you should know how much time invested. He said Ok have a good day again in a tone. That's when I lost it - I do not expect his tone when I have done everything to get my car fixed I was told. I took off time from work three times etc. His arrogance comes through pretty quickly! More

I called after the 2 hrs had passed and was told they tried to reach me on a phone number that had nothing to do with me. Joan then said she would send the guy to pick me up and he should be there in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called and was put on hold for another 10 minutes. When I finally got through I was told some one would be heading over to pick me up, but by this time I had started walking because my time is valuable. If I was told how long the wait would be I would have just walked. Top dollar for terrible service More
