Dropped Jeep off on Thursday for scheduled apt. Called Saturday for update, was told the car won’t be seen until atleast Monday. I live out of state so my car never got looked at. We brought the car in for service for lube and oil filter change and was told after the service that our courtesy oil changes had expired in May 2020. Very disappointed in service here. I shared w the local dealership that this was the second car we bought from them and when I shop for cars I don’t call corporate. I was hoping that the service department would extend the oil change expiration date which occurred during the early time frame of the pandemic. Ughh More

Watch out If your car is out of warranty, they will propose work that doesn’t need to be done.
