I was not happy with my very first service visit. I waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment. My car was a mess afterwards and it still has weird smell since they serviced it. Originally, I tried to get some urgent service, but the admin told me that service was booked. i called again the next day and this time Joan answered. I told her of my problem(leaking radiator) and sh admin told me that service was booked. i called again the next day and this time Joan answered. I told her of my problem(leaking radiator) and she immediately asked me to bring the car in and she would take care of it. Everything went perfectly and I got the car back before the holidays.
