-MOTOR REPLACEMENT- I built my 2022 Gladiator Rubicon (BLUE) from the factory and received it in February 2022. After driving it for a few weeks i noticed a knocking in the engine bay. I made several app (BLUE) from the factory and received it in February 2022. After driving it for a few weeks i noticed a knocking in the engine bay. I made several appointments to get this checked out and repaired. (I'm traveling from the Bronx which is about a 45min - an hour drive depending on traffic) 2 out of the 3 appointments were rescheduled once I got to the service department. it took 3 month to get a loaner and finally get my jeep looked at. I dropped it off and a week later was informed that the problem could not be fixed and a new Motor had to be ordered which would take up to 3 weeks. I spoke with Marc.N (Service manager) and Dealt with Joan in service (very unprofessional) horrible attitude and customer service. when I spoke to Joan this past Friday October 28th, she mentioned that the motor came in and the jeep should be ready by the middle of next week. Well... I spoke to Joan yesterday (Monday October 31st) and she said she would call me right back which she never did. So Today is Tuesday November 1st 2022 I call serviced and finally spoke to Joan, she then said that the jeep "Should be done sometime next week that there are other people ahead of me" I am very disappointed and unpleased with the way I am being treated. I had a great experience with the sales department and an extremely horrible experience with their service department. More
