My prior experience with Rick Schwartz at this dealership had been seamless as Rick is great person to deal with, so knowing that Rick left and went to work in White Plains I should of followed my instinct and gone to White Plains Chrysler. BUT I decided to give it a go at Ramsey, BIG MISTAKE! First of all the pitches from the sales manager was so bad that it was insulting to a point ( I purchase/lease vehicles every 2-3 years ) the saleswoman Red was really nice and friendly, but she really had no say on price, after spending 5 hours negotiating we agreed on a lease price on a Ram 1500, we shook hands, signed papers, was told to get all stuff out my old truck, truck was washed, gassed up and keys were handed to me to setup, THEN the sales manager comes to me with a story that "the bank they were trying to use denied me, BUT Chrysler Capital approved me, but that would add 50 dollars a month to my payment"( this is on a lease not a finance ) of course i handed the keys back and walked out. I then went to where I should of gone in the first place, I went to Rick at White Plains Dodge and got a awesome deal on my new truck. Don't waste your time at this place. More
