Excellent Experience Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and professional. They were able to help me get out of a tough situation. They made sure I was aware of where I stood and what all my options were. I finally felt that I was being taken seriously about my inquiry and not feeling like I was being pushed around nor being given the run around. They were straight forward about the information they were giving me. When it was time to move forward after choosing the Jeep I wanted and got all the details ironed out, they were very through and efficient during the whole process. I was able to walk out of the dealership with a smile on my face and a weight lifted off my shoulders. Meagan was absolutely great and made sure I knew every feature of my Jeep before sending me on my way. Overall, I can't thank everyone I encountered there enough for getting me into my new Jeep. More

Terrible customer service New car received with scratches on body. After leaving car for 2 weeks to be repaired new scratches appeared and no work was done on addressing the f New car received with scratches on body. After leaving car for 2 weeks to be repaired new scratches appeared and no work was done on addressing the former damage. Manager tried to say the damage was due to acid rain!! There was absolutely no consideration for how we felt as the customer. When we agreed to accept what couldn’t be fixed we witnessed the sales team “high fiving” on how they had solved our complaint. - total disrespect for them to do this in front of the customer. I have never experienced such bad customer service and manners. Totally different experience compared to Volkswagen, Ford and Honda who valued us as a customer and showed respect & manners. More
