Quoted price then changed the deal Salesman said I was approved for the deal and to come in right away. Got to dealership and waited 2 hours only to learn from the finance person that I Salesman said I was approved for the deal and to come in right away. Got to dealership and waited 2 hours only to learn from the finance person that I was not approved at the quoted price the salesperson said I had a deal at. Finance person tried to convince me to pay $50 more per month to get the car, I told salesperson upfront don't waste my time unless we had the deal at the quoted price. He wasted my time and my son was hugely upset at the whole process and what happened. The Sales manager tells me Oh I'm so sorry but the salesperson had no right to tell you you were approved. Sorry we can't do anything because if they gave me the deal at the price quoted the salesperson, the sales manager and whomever else would not make any money on the deal. Not lose money but not make any money. Horrible experience with these people. More
