They promised me a car that was never in their inventory, ran a hard inquiry credit to approve me for a bank loan, and took my down payment. For a whole week I was put through the ringer until I just drove to Ramsey and they were able to provide me with the exact vehicle I was looking for and had me driving home in just a couple hours.
