Fine but left a lot to be desired. Car was repaired but was not a great experience in general. My last repair was at an independent and they were much more polite and made me feel like they wanted my business. Here I almost felt like the were willing to fix my vehicle but annoyed that they had to talk to me. When I picked up my vehicle there was grease all or the shifter knob and my light colored dashboard, had to spend about 20 minutes cleaning it off. There was a young lady who sat up at the top of the service center furtherest from the door who was extremely nice and helpful, and if I return to this dealer it is only because of her. The Service Advisors at this dealer are really not who I would want talking to my customers, especially if I offered something at twice the price I could pay half a mile down the road. I really don’t like writing negative feedback like this, but hoping honest feedback improves the experience for future customers. I am not clicking names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. I worked with 2 service advisors and felt the same about both, seems to be more of a dealership culture problem than these specific people. More
