Poor skill and horrible service manner I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from Rallye in February 2016, so far so good until June. Strange noise started to appear only in 4 months. I was told I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from Rallye in February 2016, so far so good until June. Strange noise started to appear only in 4 months. I was told the exhausting pipe had problems. Three times in a row I had sent my car back for repair. Every time they fixed the problem by creating another problem. Same noise has always been there even though it had been fixed three times. When I returned for the 4th time, they simply declined to take or repair my car anymore. They even told me to call up Mercedes USA for help myself. More interesting is that they claimed the noise was normal because mine is a sporty car. My car had NO noise at all during the first four months after I purchased. Their explanation is simply a fake excuse. The representative David Chin is the worst guy I've ever seen. He knows nothing but simply a transmitter telling me what other said. If you ask him a question his answer is I don't know. Never will I return to Rallye. No way. More

Tried to rip me off for B service! I contacted Rallye to get a price for inspection and B service for my 2014 E550. They quoted me a price, and I found a coupon on their website for $5 I contacted Rallye to get a price for inspection and B service for my 2014 E550. They quoted me a price, and I found a coupon on their website for $50. Then when I went for the service appointment, they told me Mercedes requires to have brake fluid replaced at this time as well, which would be an extra $200. I asked them if it is required, isn't it part of the B service? They told me no, it is not. After leaving the car there for overnight service, I went home and looked online, and sure enough, replacing brake fluid IS PART of the B service. When I went to pick up the car, I mentioned to them I should not be charged additional for this service since it is part of B service, and they replied "we don't include it in our B service". I showed them on their website where their own webpage says it is included in the B service, and when they quote a price for the B service, it should include all services listed. He told me that is not the way their dealership does it. He said the price they quote for B service does not include all the services they advertise, and they charge extra for some of the required services EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LISTED as part of the B service. They refused to honor the price they quoted me (although they did reduce the price somewhat)and they did not honor the coupon. They are crooks! I just wanted to get the xxxx out of there. They are crooks! On top of that, they forgot to do the inspection! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More

I scheduled an appointment online which was seamless. Within minutes I got a call to confirm my appointment & loaner vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealer the following day, I was greeted promptly by valet and the wait time to see Katie was minimal. I presented a service coupon to her & I explained to her what my vehicle needed and it was taken care of in a straight forward & professional matter. Within minutes I was given the loaner & off I was. The service was completed earlier than expected & I got a call later in the day stating that the vehicle was ready. I usually keep my car in great condition service wise & I was not presented with expensive, unneeded upsell work compared with other dealers in the area I have been to that try to upsell services to you that the car does not need. When my husband called the service department this morning, they told him the car has been ready. He never heard back from Kenneth Vachris. He took the train and was supposed to be picked up at a nearby train station. They never returned his calls for pick-up and they kept redirecting him to the wrong numbers and voicemails. Since this is the only dealership for Smart cars on LI, they behave anyway they want with the owners of such cars. Avoid this dealership, especially Kenneth Vachris. More
