My service Advisor Brandon is really good. He is super friendly and definitely looks out for his clients. A+ As for the rest of the dealership, nobody works in tandem. I normally use a different dealer due to multiple past issues at Rallye with my car, and my father’s car who also gets it serviced there (no issues with Brandon, but rather with billing and techs). I decided to give them another shot since they sent me a coupon for the Holiday. I have a ceramic coating in my car and have told my SA who has a note down on my account to not run my car through the automatic machine. When I went to pickup my car, a tech told me it was being washed and I had to wait. When I asked them why (since I told them not to wash it in the past) they tried to find it, but then somehow lost my vehicle on the lot. It took 45 minutes to locate the car somehow, only for them to tell me they made a mistake and “didn’t wash it”. Car was clearly washed though. It was wet lol. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they had washed it just to ease my nerves. Overall, everyone is friendly, I just receive better service and transparency at my primary dealer. More

Was robbed for my service I requested. I had a code error for my breaks and asked them to check. They went straight to ripping my center consul apart and said it was water damage when no c I had a code error for my breaks and asked them to check. The reason I know they never checked was that it was covered with tape which I placed there and was never removed. So now ended up paying 3k instead of cheacking for a fault which could have been less than $200. I’ve had multiple service done with my other cars and rally keeps trying someone to make something bigger to steal money from me. I pay for rim and dent insurance. They fought with me saying now that I need to pay for the service I wanted and did not fix it. Until I had to get the sales agreement to show them I was paying for it. Another instance when I got a cert pre own. I told them the breaks on the car did not feel right, they said it was fine and the next month I took it in and they want to charge me 2300 to change my breaks. After my time limit passed from purchasing the car. Rally and its services are not reliable. More
