It took way too long to do a simple oil change. There was no communication from the service advisor and when I asked someone else for a status update, they told me to go find my advisor. I recently went to this service center for a routine oil change, expecting a quick and simple process. Unfortunately, the technician forgot to tighten the drain plug, which caused all the oil to leak out sh change, expecting a quick and simple process. Unfortunately, the technician forgot to tighten the drain plug, which caused all the oil to leak out shortly after leaving. As a result, my engine was severely damaged and ultimately needed to be replaced. While the dealership did replace the engine, the entire experience was extremely stressful and time-consuming. The lack of attention to such a basic detail is unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the quality of service provided. I appreciate the dealership stepping in to fix the issue, but this should never have happened in the first place. It’s a serious reminder to double-check their work to avoid major, costly mistakes like this in the future. I would be cautious if you plan on taking your car here. More
