Amazing This was my first experience buying a car by myself and going in many people warned me to be careful and that I would be taken advantage of because I' This was my first experience buying a car by myself and going in many people warned me to be careful and that I would be taken advantage of because I'm female. This couldn't be further from the truth at Raceway Riverside. Chris contacted me immediately after I expressed interest in a vehicle and was thorough and diligent. I made an appointment to come in the very next morning. He was very clear and concise through the entire purchase and made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable with the terms. I never once felt pressured and I was in and out in my beautiful new car in less than two hours in time for work. I can't say enough about how pleasant an experience this was and I wish I would have done it sooner. Collette, Andrew and George also assisted me with finance and parts and were all an absolute pleasure to work with. I will happily refer any and all of my friends and family to Raceway in Riverside. Thank you very much and I love my new car. More
Horrible service department I can't even give my service one star. They had my car a total of 5 days and just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Mark in the service department was the worst person I have ever dealt with. I am so disappointed. We have been a good customer for 30 years and never had a problem before. Needless to say we will be going to Fritts Ford from now on. Sooooo disappointed. I only gave it one star because I had to. I wanted to give no stars. More

Out of the five I considered for my final purchase, RaceWay Ford adjusted their bid to beat out the competition. The price we agreed to was the price I paid. No bait and switch, no gimmicks, no add-ons and no pressure. I liked that they understood I was an informed serious buyer. Coustomer services was ok the only thing is to watch out for the interest rate I had a previous 3.9 they put it up to 5.25 don't look like a big differece but it is in the long run. If your trying to figure out the difference before you sign look on the interest rate calculator online I will be paying almost 2,000 at the end of loan if I can't pay before the term. More

Ismael was helpful in helping us find a car we wanted, but when we got inside we were told the deals advertised on the vehicle were not valid on this particular car. Which begs the question as to why these deals were painted on the car's windshield to begin with. Furthermore, despite clearly being a used car (it's plates having expired last month), the sales managers (Mike Correra and Kamal Nahhas) kept pointing to the car's msrp as a new car, completely disregarding the fact that the car was indeed used. They insisted that they were losing money on this used car at this new car pricing. I will not be going there to purchase and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody either unless you enjoy being lied to and wasting time. More

For the absolute best sales experience, talk to Brian Sayre the Internet Manager. I contacted him as a pre-approved buyer and told him what I was looking for. After a few quick emails back and forth, including trade-in info, we agreed on pricing, trade-in value and scheduled a time to meet. On my way to the appointment, he had the car prepped and washed so it would be ready for delivery when I arrived. Upon arrival we inspected the new car, drove it and completed the necessary paperwork. Needless to say, he's a man of his word, the price we agreed to was the price I paid. No bait and switch, no gimmicks, no add-ons and no pressure. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour! There are a lot of Ford Dealerships in Southern California and I drove almost two hours to do business with this one. I highly recommend this dealership and absolutely recommend that you work with Brian. More

The finance guy i dealt with Angel, I can say im glad i will never see him again in my life because somehow or another he slipped in a 1095 dollar option in my contract that I was told nothing about, which translated to me not getting my car when promised. FURTHERMORE, Angel promised me that he would have a peice of mail out that was vital to getting me my car on time and because of his actions I still am with out a car and just a approval from the bank. I would also like to note that starring out the window at the Derricks desk on Saturday for hours on end waiting for ANGEL to get the contract in order was less than delightful. The part about all of this that bothered me the most is that when i told Derrick (my salesmen) i was hungry and wanted to go across the street to get some food his response " oh these guys don't like anyone to leave unless we have signatures." so in other words no i would appreciate it if you sat here in hunger until we get some money from you. Luckily James (sales Manager) told him to take me in the back 30 min later and give me some of their employee food. More

The sales staf at this dealership SUCKS! will never go there again. They missed out on a cash sale today! This truck was a 2006 gmc sierra. The salesman said they just park them and never crank them.Do not go to this lot for anythig. More
