Most of my bargaining was via e-mail, he was quick to respond allowing me to make my deal over a few e-mails over the course of an aftern department. He was ready for me at 6 pm that evening, with accurate pricing and features on the fusion se that we had picked out. There was no haggling or gimmicks and really no pressure. He beat out my pre approval from chase and financed me through ford for a whole lot less and worked hard to get me every rebate possible. The rest of the staff were quick, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Eric. More

After waiting all day to have my turn signal switch replaced, I drove home and noticed a hub cap was missing. The service department was also checking on a front-left tire issue. Now a hub cap was mi replaced, I drove home and noticed a hub cap was missing. The service department was also checking on a front-left tire issue. Now a hub cap was missing from that same wheel! I had just filled air in the tire before arriving, so I know the cap was there when I dropped it off. After calling the service department back, I was told the technician couldn't remember if there was a cap when he worked on it (there was). He said he would work on it and call me back the next day. At the end of the next day, I called back. Now the technician is saying "it never had a hubcap," and the serviceman is nowhere around. A week later, they won't return my calls and are ignoring the issue. The tech either lost, broke, or stole the hubcap...and I had to go to another dealership to get a new one. I will NEVER go to this place again and I will pass this bad experience on to everyone who owns a Ford!! More

I first worked through the internet as I was looking for a vehicle with good gas mileage and meet my expectations of both a comfortable car with a bit of style too. He helped me to understand the new vehicles which helped me to change my outlook from buying older. He did alot of work for me and was always upfront about getting things done and answering questions quickly. It was alway my choice to stay or walk away.
