Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience. The sales portion went well. However, as I waited for credit approval, the sales representative working with me asked if I had owned or purchased a car in the portion went well. However, as I waited for credit approval, the sales representative working with me asked if I had owned or purchased a car in the last 5 years (an essential requirement to qualify for the credit I needed). I hadn't owned a vehicle in that time. The rep then took that info to the VW Credit representative handling my application. At that moment, your VW Credit representative in charge of reviewing my application decided to withhold the fact that I did not qualify for the type of credit I requested. Rather than share this critical information with me immediately, or in a timely fashion, your representative chose to wait at least 30 minutes, until I was ready to sign the paperwork and drive away with the vehicle, to inform me I didn't qualify for the rate and deal I had requested. I found it disingenuous to wait until the last minute to share this crucial information with me, the customer. You were eager and willing to take my downpayment, but not so eager to share information that might've changed the outcome of the sale. As a result of a purposeful action on your dealership's part, I felt taken advantage of, and ultimately the experience soured. Unfortunately, this kind of treatment just reinforces the negative reputation car dealerships have developed throughout time. More

Tremendously client-centric, made process efficient, ensured to thoroughly review what was covered by warranty, and great job and service been too. What really impressed me was that the insurance company agreed that everything in the estimate was both important and correctly diagnosed. This first time experience with Queensboro Volkswagen service established trust. Marco was clearly proud of his team and enthusiastic about the VW brand (as my wife and I are) - it was a pleasure meeting him. Took care of technical work very well. Excellent customer service. But while website showed a service slot opening, work was backed up and couldn’t get to my car for a couple of days while it remained in the service.
