They advertise $69.99 for an oil change but when asked about it, they don't know nothing about it. Even though they have it on ther their website. Invoice stated multiple point inspection was done but I about it, they don't know nothing about it. Even though they have it on ther their website. Invoice stated multiple point inspection was done but I guess they didn't see that my tires needed air. Invoice also stated hand car wash but my car didn't look like it was washed at all. Now the last two things mentioned were complementary but still stated on my invoice so I expect it to be done. One and done for me. More

I couldn't have had a better experience with Queensboro VW. I drove up in a small panic about a transmission problem. They were completely gracious about taking me without an appointment. Then they did a thorough and thoughtful full inspection of my car, finding not only the transmission problem (broken wires) but also several other things that needed attention.
