Not everyone was wearing masks during COVID. It was easy to make the appointment. Emily was helpful patient and professional. Chad helped me. Repaired car in a few hours and took some time to show me some features in the car. Professional as well. They send you texts/emails w/ appointment info and reminders as well as service info. The waiting area - I'm surprised was open - is inside and had some half bagels wrapped in plastic wrap and coffee - but it's a small room w/ people really close together. I chose to wait outside. We had to wait and they were really busy but lots of employees checked on us, updated us, and apologized for the wait. Fixed the problem. So far so good. More

I brought the car to fix rpm and I was charged almost $ 1200 I went home and all of sudden my door doesn't lock and dashboard light was not working I took it back expecting to have guys fixing the damage I 1200 I went home and all of sudden my door doesn't lock and dashboard light was not working I took it back expecting to have guys fixing the damage I believe was made by technician.
