Not everyone was wearing masks during COVID. The waiting area - I'm surprised was open - is inside and had some half bagels wrapped in plastic wrap and coffee - but it's a small room w/ people really close together. I chose to wait outside. We had to wait and they were really busy but lots of employees checked on us, updated us, and apologized for the wait. Fixed the problem. So far so good. More
