Customer service is good. Quality of work isn't as good. I've had them check my car for steering wheel shaking while driving on the highway. They were unable to find the issue but ended up paying for an ali I've had them check my car for steering wheel shaking while driving on the highway. They were unable to find the issue but ended up paying for an alignment since they were trying to charge me a fee for a "diagnosis" which as a result came out as "nothing is wrong with the car" if the dealership says nothing is wrong with the car while causing in the highway and steering wheel shakes, I guess that means all cars shake in the highway. Always did my service with Bayside VW. Never disappointed at the quality of work they do. Probably the best VW dealership in the city. More

Not 100 percent comfortable with bringing my car here. Initially came for a state inspection and was told an involved repair was needed/recommended ( covered by warranty). A few days after the repair my car had engine trouble so I brought it back and that in turn required another involved and expensive repair (warranty again). If this was all out of pocket it would have cost around 4K. My vehicle is a 4 year old CPO purchased a little over a year ago. More
