Our car was recalled and we needed an oil change. Emily set up our appointment for the same week. Once we arrived the staff was courteous, we were checked in by Caesar and Chad, they even provided shuttle set up our appointment for the same week. Once we arrived the staff was courteous, we were checked in by Caesar and Chad, they even provided shuttle service! It took about 20 minutes to check in and 3 hours to get the car back. We highly recommend Queensboro VW and thank you for the excellent service! More

I couldn't use my free oil change coupon that I got when I brought the Volkswagen at the dealership. The advisor said it has nothing to do with the older dealership. Also my car is 2018 and had to pay for I brought the Volkswagen at the dealership. The advisor said it has nothing to do with the older dealership.
