This was my first experience dealing with this company under its new management. The initial services being the reason why I brought the car in were completed and then some recommendations were made. I agreed to two of the recommendations, and before that work could be completed, I was informed that my car was damaged in the process. I understand that accidents happen, but did not appreciate the customer service rep. saying this to me.(I'm sure he said it out of not knowing what to say) It wasn't his fault. It was the fault of the careless brut who dropped "whatever" on the front of my car. The worst thing a car dealership/repair business can do is , damage the vehicle of a customer. On top of that, I had to ask to have one of the charges removed to make amends for the damage(so the man who thinks HE took off one of the charges doesn't realize that I insisted on it with Chad). Trust is lost. So, I waited 5 or more hours, just to be inconvenienced with not having my car for the next four days, when all I wanted to do was get an oil change and get a factory recall repair. I have never in the past had my car damaged during a repair. In addition, the front emblem which was also damaged, then replaced/repaired, fell off my car two days after getting my car back. Disappointing. More

After a questionable experience the last time I was in the service center, I was contacted by Emeily who wanted to make it right. She went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of and I couldn the service center, I was contacted by Emeily who wanted to make it right. Everyone involved, including but not limited to: Emeily, Chad, Justin and tech Danny were absolutely wonderful. I would have given a 5-Star rating but they forgot to reset the oil change light. I had to spend some time online looking for the appropriate fix. It was an easy fix but I didn't have to do it.
